Postmark

Use the Postmark integration to send transactional emails from Skrym email triggers with Postmark templates.

Create a Postmark server token

To connect Skrym with Postmark:

1. Log in to your Postmark account
2. Open the server you want Skrym to use
3. Copy the Server API token
4. Make sure the sender signature or domain for your chosen From address is verified in Postmark

If needed, refer to the official Postmark Templates API documentation.

Connect Postmark in Skrym

1. Open Integrations in Scope
2. Find Postmark and click Configure
3. Fill in:
   • Integration Name
   • Postmark Server Token
   • Sender Email
   • Sender Name
4. Save the configuration
5. Use Test Connection to fetch the templates available on that Postmark server

Using Postmark with email triggers

1. Create one or more templates in Postmark
2. Open your order journey milestone in Scope
3. Add or edit an email trigger
4. Select Postmark as provider
5. Map a Postmark template ID per language where needed

Skrym then sends the trigger payload to Postmark using email/withTemplate when that milestone is completed.
