CityMail Booking

Skrym supports outbound CityMail bookings through the CityMail v2 API.

Booking Endpoint

Bookings are created with POST /api/v2/DeliveryShipment.

Supported Scope

The current CityMail booking integration only supports domestic shipments within Sweden.

Supported Addons

CityMail addons are optional and depend on the CityMail productCode used for the booking.

• BOX: require-signature, identification-by-national-id, identification-by-minimum-age
• EVE: require-signature, identification-by-national-id, identification-by-minimum-age, leave-outside-door
• PRIO: leave-outside-door

For BOX and EVE, the receiver phone number must be a valid Swedish phone number.

Parcel Limits

The booking validation also enforces CityMail parcel limits per product:

• BAS, BVA, PRIO: dimension sum at most 90 cm, max dimension at most 60 cm, weight at most 5 kg
• EVE: max dimension at most 60 cm, mid dimension at most 40 cm, min dimension at most 40 cm, weight at most 25 kg
• BOX: dimension sum at most 90 cm, max dimension at most 58 cm, weight at most 20 kg
• OMBUD: max dimension at most 120 cm, mid dimension at most 50 cm, min dimension at most 50 cm, weight at most 20 kg
