Automatic archival of shipments

In cases where we for some reason do not receive any events for shipment for a long time, we support automatic archival of shipments after a certain period of time. Once archived, we will stop polling the transporter for new events. However, if we receive an event for an archived shipment via an webhook or our API, we will still handle it as usual. This is useful if for example a test order slipped into production, or if a shipment was cancelled without us being notified.

This feature is opt-in, and can be enabled on Scope. You are able to set the number of days of inactivity after which a shipment should be archived.
