Setting up fallback delivery times

Fallback times are used when the transporter fails to respond to our availablility calls, or if you configure to default to them under specific conditions.

Enabling and Configuring Fallbacks

First, go to the transporter page, select a transporter and click on the edit button for the method you want to configure.

Here, you can set your earliest and latest fallback delivery times.

Display Even If Availability Is Unsuccessful

If the transporter fails to provide delivery availability for a transport method, Skrym will exclude it from the checkout options. By enabling this preference, we instead include the transport method in the delivery options for the checkout, but using the configured fallback values for the delivery time.
